Dear FCS Families and Donors:
Thank you for your continued prayers and support. Below you will find a few updates regarding our ongoing search for our permanent home.
Mr. Joshua Hurt, CCIM, is our new Building Committee Chairman. Josh is the Director of Leasing for Highwoods Properties, Inc., the largest office landlord in Nashville.
• FCS has hired Ben Claybaker, CCIM, and Brandon Hoop, CCIM, of NAI Nashville Stanton Group to represent us as Realtors/Brokers.
* FCS has toured 9 existing buildings since August 1, 2024, from Brentwood/Cool Springs to South Franklin. Three of those properties continue to be discussed and explored for purchase.
• FCS/Realtors have reached out to 5 properties to discuss short term leasing options.Three of those properties are still in consideration.
